Terms of service
Last updated 6 September 2026.
These terms cover the Clout Labs website at cloutlabs.co, the client portal at app.cloutlabs.co, our desktop software, and the services behind them. Using any of them means you accept these terms. If you are using them for a company or an agency, you accept them on that organisation's behalf and you confirm you may do so.
Who may use this
The software is a business tool for adults. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Telegram. We never receive a password, so there is none for us to lose. Anyone who can sign in as you can reach everything on the account, so keep that sign-in secure and tell us straight away if you think somebody else has it: [email protected].
What you are buying
A licence to run our software while your plan is active, inside the limits that plan sets: how many browser profiles you may keep, how many computers may be signed in at once, and how many people may be on your team. Your plan and its limits are shown in the portal under Subscriptions.
The software stays ours. What you make with it stays yours.
How you buy, and how you pay
Prices are published at cloutlabs.co/pricing. They are the same prices the portal shows, because both read the same catalogue.
You buy in the portal. Choose a plan, pay by card through Stripe, and the plan is on your account the moment the payment clears. Stripe holds your card details; we never see the number and we store none of it. It then appears in the portal under Billing. Bypass traffic packs are bought the same way and never expire.
A plan renews on its own. It is a subscription: monthly, quarterly or yearly, charged to the card on file at the start of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from Billing and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. If a renewal payment fails you keep reading your data for seven days and can put a new card in; after that the plan stops until you do.
We can change published prices at any time. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Stopping
Tell us and we stop. Email [email protected] or message us on Telegram. Or cancel yourself from Billing in the portal, which stops the next charge and nothing else. What happens to money already paid is in Refunds.
You can ask us for a copy of everything on your account, or ask us to delete it, at any time and whether or not you have a plan.
What you store with us
Browser profiles, and the logins inside them. We hold them so they can reach your other computers. You are responsible for having the right to use every account you put in. We do not check, and we cannot know.
How those logins are protected, and who can technically read them, is set out in Privacy.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or the terms of the services you sign in to.
- Resell access to your account, or share it outside your team.
- Attack, overload, or reverse engineer our systems, except where the law says you may despite this.
- Use the software to send malware, spam, or deceptive content.
You are responsible for meeting the rules of any third-party platform you use the software with.
If we suspend you
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. We will tell you why, and you can get your data out.
Other platforms
Clout Labs is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fenix International Limited, Fanvue, X, or any other platform. Their names and logos belong to them and appear here only to say what our software works with. Your use of any of those platforms is governed by that platform's own terms.
What we do not promise
The software is provided as it is. We do not promise it will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for what happens to accounts you run through it. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it, or one hundred euros if you have paid us nothing. Nothing here removes liability that the law does not allow us to remove.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters we will post the new version here with a new date and tell you through the portal. Carrying on using the software after that means you accept the update.
